I'm certified by The International Sports Sciences Association as a Certified Fitness Trainer. The certification is the most prestigious in the industry and it qualifies me to work with virtually any individual wishing to improve their fitness. I've been a trainer since 1999 and have worked with more than 50 clients in my career. I am a three time USATF Masters National Champion in track and field sprints. I have abundant in-depth experience with virtually every form of exercise, but most of my clients say that my greatest is my ability to motivate and inspire people. To schedule a camp or clinic, please call me for a quote at (760) 942-1674.
Refer 5 people for a camp, and your fee for participation is waived.

**A 10% discount is given for each additional client per session. A 5% discount is given for a package of six (6) training sessions. A 10% discount is given for a package of twelve (12) training sessions. All pricing and discounts are based on payment in full at the time of the initial traiing session. A session is approximately 50 minutes in length. All packages are based on a three session per week average. Individual fees may vary. Camps and clinics are for more than 5 participants with each session averaging 1 hour, 45 minutes. Boot camp conditioning clinics can be scheduled which meet for 1 hour 45 minutes, 5 days in a row. Personalized independent training programs require an initial training session for instruction. Independent programs are $150 for a 12 week program plus the cost of single session.
